Mr Grey stated that G5PP is willing to give a lecture on mobile equipment - this is to be arranged.
A junk sale is to be held sometime in March. G3BU is to be presented with a free membership to the club till 1964 year ends for services rendered.
Mr Addisons question was again raised regarding donations made by himself and other committee members in 1960. No record can be found relating to these donations so a Special Committee Meeting is to be arranged with the committee of 1960 present to try and sort the problem out.
